All proposed church events and outreach programs/events using the All Saints Episcopsl Church name must be approved by the Vestry.
The Fundrasing Events proposal form and the Outreach Program form, as well as the recap form can be printed by clicking on the highlighted link associated with the appropriate form.
The proposal forms should be completed and presented to the Vestry at least six-months before the event to ensure full Vestry approval.
The recap forms (if applicable) should be submitted to the church office no later than 30 days after the event.
