The University District Community Association is holding its biennial Home Tour on Saturday, September 12, from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

This year’s tour opens the doors of six of Detroit’s beautifully preserved historic homes, many with Art Deco character, original hardwood floors, stained glass, Pewabic and Flint Faience tile, and hand-carved plaster crown molding.

None of these homes has ever been on the tour before, and this is a unique opportunity to see inside private homes, and what the owners have done over the years to preserve and enhance them.

We are delighted to partner again with All Saints Episcopal Church as the starting point!

Tickets are $30 for adults, $5 for youth ages 4 – 14, and free for children under the age of 3.

Ticket purchases can be refunded up until 48 hours before the event starts, if needed.
