The message for the season of Advent is to prepare. As we prepare ourselves for Jesus’ coming to judge or to save we will focus on a daily word.

There are seven words that we will focus on this Advent season: Worship, Go, Learn, Pray, Bless, Turn, and REST. 

Today’s key word is “REST.”

From what could you REST in order to receive renewed life? Still your mind and your heart as you meditate on this word for at least three minutes. Take as long as you are able to find that REST  today.
